What is a shared Shuttle Airport Transfer?
A shared shuttle means you’re booking a seat on a vehicle and will be sharing the transportation with others. This is generally the cheaper option. Journey times will usually take longer with a shared service with pick-up times are usually determined by the transfer operator.
What is a Ride-Share Airport Transfer?
Ride-Share is the most affordable private airport transfer option, sharing transport with other travellers using smaller vehicles than traditional shuttle bus transfers. Jayride booked airport pickups will require a phone call to meet your driver at a designated pickup point which may be a short walk from the terminal. When travelling to the airport your pickup time will be confirmed via email within 7 days of travel.
What is a Private Airport Transfer?
Private Airport Transfers are a popular service to get to and from airports around the world. A dedicated vehicle and registered driver transfer you and your travelling companions directly. Meet your driver at a pre-determined meeting spot. Children’s’ seats are available in most cases and can be requested/booked at the time of booking. It is worth reconfirming this before pickup. Additional luggage can be booked in with your initial booking.
What is a Luxury Private Airport Transfer?
Luxury Airport transfers are provided with Limousines or other high end luxury vehicles and a registered driver for door-to-door service. These transfers attract a premium in pricing and are available in most airports worldwide.
Are Airport Meet and Greet services available?
Yes, this can be prebooked often at additional cost. Your driver will meet in the terminal holding a sign and escort you to your transportation. Look for the green Meet and Greet icon on the transfer company's profile. Not all private transfers offer meet and greet, so ensure to double check at the time of booking that your selected transfer company offers this service.
Does Jayride provide phone support?
Jayride does not currently offer phone support. You can contact Jayride online by filling out their Online Contact form and they will respond via email within 24 hours.

What’s included in the price of my airport transfer?
All prices listed on Jayride.com are inclusive of taxes, tolls, airport parking, admin fees, fuel, environmental surcharges and any other standard fees typically included for a standard point-to-point transfer. You don’t pay any extra for these. Any additional requirements such as child seats or extra luggage may incur an additional cost. Your transfer company will confirm this with you when you make your booking.
Gratuities are not included in the price, so it is at your discretion as to whether you wish to tip your driver. If you are in the US, it is customary to tip your driver 10-15%. In other countries such as the UK or Australia, tipping is not mandatory, though a tip of 10-15% for great service is always welcome.
How do I contact my driver?
Once you book you will be sent a confirmation email with contact details of your transfer company and the meeting instructions for your trip. If you are unsure about the pick-up procedures, get in contact with your transfer company prior to your travel day. Having a quick chat helps to make sure you and your driver can find each other.
Can I change to my booking?
If you need to change the time and date (for instance if your flight time changes) of your booking or your contact details, then contact www.jayride.com with your booking ID and required changes, and they will update your booking.
If the required changes alter the price, (for example, changing location or the number of people travelling), then you will need to cancel your original booking and create a new one. The Jayride support team will advise the best course of action.
Please note: Bookings cannot be updated by Jayride within 24 hours of travel. Any such updates within 24 hours of travel are at the discretion of your transport company and need to be made by contacting them directly using the details on your booking confirmation.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, click Manage Booking at the top of the Jayride website, enter your booking ID and the email address that you used for making your booking, then click on the green 'Manage My Booking' button. When you can see your booking details, click the 'Cancel Booking' button, add a reason for cancelling your booking, and then click the 'Confirm Cancellation' button. Once requested, you will be able to see that your booking has been cancelled. If your cancellation is confirmed more than 48 hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. Please see our Refunds and Cancellations Policy below for more details.
Note: If you also need to cancel a return transfer, you need to treat these as two separate bookings as they have separate booking IDs, and cancel them both. If you cancel only one transfer and not the other, you will not be eligible for a refund for the non-cancelled transfer.

What is Jayride’s Refunds & Cancellation Policy?
Jayride provide a 100% refund guarantee subject to the below.
As your plans may change, Jayride guarantee a 100% refund on cancellations, with no cancellation fees on all cancellations received not less than 48 hours before your scheduled pick up time.

Please contact Jayride as soon as possible if you have trouble cancelling a confirmed booking so they can assist you with your refund.
